Josh Dunkley

Josh Dunkley made his AFL debut for the Western Bulldogs in Round 1, 2016 against Fremantle, also scoring his first ever AFL goal in that match. He went on to play in the premiership that year, at 19 years of age being the youngest player in the winning side.

Josh joins the Brisbane Lions in 2023, bolstering an already superstar midfield as the team vies for a premiership after edging so close again in 2022. Fresh off winning the best and fairest award at the Dogs in 2022, Dunkley has at times been the most damaging midfielder in the competition forward of centre.

He is excited to see what the Lions can do in 2023, and joins the Qld Cricketers’ Club to grow his network and expand his profile in Brisbane. Welcome to the Club Josh.
