The home of Rugby Union has recently undergone and is still undergoing an incredible transformation with the redevelopment of the facilities at Herston. With this redevelopment comes brand new function facilities as part of the new BMS National Rugby Training Centre, including a 110 pax function room, a 77 seat private auditorium and a number of meeting rooms available for the public to book and hire for their personal or corporate needs.
Book your next meeting, training day or seminar and use the custom-built auditorium designed specifically to encourage discussion, learning and motivation, and utilise the other varied meeting rooms within the National Rugby Training Centre for breakout spaces or private discussions.
With teleconferencing and Zoom capabilities in each meeting room, corporate meetings just got easier at Ballymore.

Requests can be made to give your guests the unique experience of walking onto the playing fields that some of the world’s best Rugby players have played on.
We also have a network of event suppliers to help with all aspects of your corporate function from centrepieces to staging.
AVAILABILITY
The function spaces can be used all year round, but bookings are not always available on match days. However, anything is potentially possible. Discuss your idea with us and we’ll endeavour to make it a reality.
FUNCTION ROOMS
You will find this unique venue off Clyde Road, Herston.
The function spaces within the BMS National Rugby Training Centre are available for hire year-round, outside of major event days. The spaces can be booked individually or for something really unique, book the whole venue and theme your event utilising the field and stadium seating! With a seated capacity of 110 banquet and a standing capacity of up to 150 guests, or stadium seating of up to 3000 people, Ballymore is an ideal party venue in Brisbane.
Ample car parking onsite only adds to your convenience.
EVENT SUPPLIERS AND EQUIPMENT
We have AV equipment available for hire, including wall mounted TV’s and built in data projectors and screens within the boutique 77 seat auditorium; perfect for those business training days or seminars.
