Here are our most commonly asked questions but if you have more questions please let us know. Contact Us →

  • Do I need to be a Member to use the Club on game days?

Game days are exclusively reserved for access by our Full Members and their guests. Social Members are not permitted to purchase tickets to match days, but can attend with a Full Member as a guest ticker holder. Tickets must be purchased to the match by all Members in order to access the Club on a game day. Reciprocal Members can purchase tickets to all* events, at guest prices (Member priced tickets are reserved for Full QCC Members only).

*access to Day 1 and 2 of the Test match is restricted from Reciprocal Members as well as the number of guests QCC Members can bring, as well as the Collingwood & Richmond matches. Reciprocal Members can purchase tickets to Day 3 and onward and to all other AFL matches.

  • Do I need to be a Member to use the Club on non-event days?

For use of our restaurant, café and bar on a non-event day, entry is permitted for all Members. If you reside more than 15kms from the Club, we can sign you and your guests in for the day.

  • Can I bring guests with me to the Club?

Yes, absolutely. For all non-event days, guests are welcome to join you in the Club. For Individual Members, you must accompany your guests at all times and for our Corporate Partners, the Club may be used by anyone at the Principal Member’s discretion. Guests must be signed in at reception for all non-event days. For game days, you must purchase a guest ticket for any guests you wish to have accompany you (subject to availability).

  • Can I use the bar and restaurant on a game day without purchasing a ticket to the match?

For all event days, the Club can only be accessed by ticket holders to the event being played. Even if you do not wish to sit in the stadium seating for a match, you still must hold a valid QC Club stadium ticket in order to enter, given the match can be seen from the Club. The Stadium also stipulates that everyone within the Qld Cricketers’ Club on a match day, must be holding not only a ticket to the game being played, but it must be a ticket to one of the Cricketers’ Club seats to avoid overcrowding.

  • Are children permitted in the Club?

Absolutely however children must be accompanied by an adult and must be dressed appropriately.

  • What does my membership fee include?

For QC500, Individual & Corporate Members, the fee includes your exclusive access to the Queensland Cricketers’ Club facilities on a year-round basis, access to purchase tickets for all match days and invitations to our exclusive events. It also offers Members prices on an array of events, including discounted room hire for any private functions held at the Club. For our Business Partners (CEP & Platinum package partners), your membership package fee includes the above as well as your transferable reserved stadium tickets at every event held by Stadiums QLD over the 12 months (excluding finals).

  • Are any tickets to AFL or Cricket included if I join?

Tickets to all AFL and Cricket are only included in our Business Package memberships. The QC500 Membership also includes 6 complimentary tickets to any AFL or Big Bash games. All other membership levels have the convenience of purchasing tickets only to those games of interest.

  • How does transferrable membership work?

Our transferable business memberships allow anyone to utilize the Club on a game day and non-event day, at the company’s discretion. This includes clients, colleagues, suppliers, family & friends. It is the Principal Members obligation to inform all attending of the required dress regulations and expected behavior when at the Club.

  • When can I use the Club?

The Club is open Monday – Friday for lunch, in both our café and restaurant, as well as full bar access throughout the week. The restaurant is also open on Friday evenings. Private functions can be held year round, 7 days a week subject to availability. Access is permitted to all Full Members on game days and their guests, as long as each person attending holds a valid QC Club game day ticket to the event. All Members are welcome to join us at our in house events.

  • What is the best membership for me?

For those looking for a personal membership that allows access periodically and as required throughout the year, an Individual Principal Membership is the best way to go. This allows full access for 12 months, with tickets able to be purchased on a seasonal or daily basis for the games you wish to attend (until sold out). For those under 35 years of age, our QC500 Membership provides the same access as an Individual Membership, plus the added advantage of extra social events throughout the year and 6 tickets to any AFL or BBL match. The QC500 Membership also includes a $100 food & beverage credit upon joining.

Our Corporate Individual Membership offers the same kind of access as our Principal Membership, however, is a fully transferable membership allowing anyone to utilise the Club at the Members discretion. This is perfect for Businesses and Corporate Entities looking to have access to 12 months of sport, hospitality and events, and entertain clients, colleagues, staff and more. Tickets are purchased on a seasonal or game by game basis as well.

For Businesses looking for a 12-month package including seats at every game to entertain clients, reward or incentivise staff and suppliers, we have 2 packages on offer that allow you to plan your 12 months of corporate hospitality with one membership. Our Entertainment Package offers convenience, and our Platinum Package that includes seat service, private dining & bar access each match day offers that little bit more. • Is the restaurant open on game days?

While we do offer formal dining on match days, we offer a set menu available for purchase with game day tickets. Typically, this is a 3 course sit down meal, however may be a 2 course for certain games. Regrettably we cannot offer a la carte meals due to the capacity of those dining on a match day. Meals are served at a set time to assist in the running of the kitchen and other food outlets within the Club.

  • Can I hold a function on game day?

Depending on availability, there may be the option to package an event with game day tickets and food similar to the food offerings that are made available to Members each event day.
